First Ride Fund
Why?
“Why did we form the First Ride Fund?
Why the hell should ANYONE open their pockets to support a fund that does something as frivolous as helping kids buy dirt bikes?
Because i believe the kids that NEED this sport the most are also often times the kids that are the least likely to be able to afford it...and when left without any constructive outlets these will be the same kids that prove the rule that "idle hands are the devils workshop".
I know, because myself and many of my friends and family were those kids. This is why this seemingly trivial pursuit has become somewhat of a moral imperative for me. I feel i owe it to those friends and family of mine who got caught up in the devils workshop to do everything i can to keep the hands of the troubled youths of my sons generation toiling.
Motocross does that...”

Parents/Guardians that would like to get their children into racing but can’t afford to take that first BIG step.
-
You need to be the central support structure for your child. We’re happy to help if there’s an occasional need (support, pit crew, rides to and from the track, etc) but we’re not surrogate parents.
-
The FRF fund will cover fuel, fluids, filters, and regular maintenance.
FRF Parents are responsible for non-cosmetic broken parts and race fees if the bike is used in a different series. -
A good attitude and consistent improvement. This sport is tough. It’ll test you. That’s why it’s so important.
-
In most cases, no. You pick it up before the race and drop it off after.
-
Yes! We would actually love that. Especially if it’s a series that’s relatively local to us (ECMX, Fossil Bowl, 6C Motorcycle Club, St Joe Cycle Club, Skyline, and others.
