Mud Bog Series Info

  • The Wild Rose Mud Bogs are organized recreational racing

  • ROUNDS - 4 round mud bog series.

    • Apr 12 - Kamiah, ID

    • July 12 - Cottonwood, ID

    • Aug 9 - Cottonwood, ID

    • Aug 31 - Kamiah, ID

  • SUPERVISION - Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Please, please, PLEASE drive slow in the pits.

  • ATV/UTV’s - No atv/utvs are allowed in the mud pit while trucks are running. Golf carts and related type buggies are considered ATVs.

  • DRINKING - Participants are NOT allowed to drink.

  • GARBAGE - Please ack out most/all of what you pack in.

  • FIRES - No open pit fires. If we see one you’ll be asked to leave.

  • PETS - Please leave your furries at home.

  • PG13 - This is a family friendly environment but don’t expect everyone to act like nuns either.

  • BE SAFE & HAVE FUN!

Event Info

  • TYPE - The WILD ROSE Mud Bogs organized recreational racing only.

  • CLASSES - All Open

    • Quad (Stock)

    • UTV/SxS (Stock)

    • Truck (Stock)

    • Unlimited (Anything goes)

  • FORMAT - Each round will include two pits - 1 easy and 1 difficult (for double points). Every bogger gets 3 Runs and they can choose any combination of routes they want to maximize points.

  • THROW AWAY ROUNDS - Top 3 (of 4) rounds count towards the Individual Wild Rose Mud Bog Championship. This offers better flexibility in case of breakdowns, injury, or missed rounds.

  • EVENT SCORING - Sum total of points from all three runs determines Round Winner. Ties settled by sudden death timed run in difficult pit.

  • CLIMB ORDER - First run goes in order of sign up. Second run is reversed. Third run goes from point leader to last.

  • SERIES SCORING - Series point breakdown HERE

  • PRIZE - Season winners will be awarded trophies at the year end BANQUET

  • SPONSORS - Advertise any local business or charity.

  • TOW STRAPS - All vehicles must have an adequate tow strap attached at the start of race..

  • EQUIPMENT - All drivers must wear a helmet and seat belts while racing.

  • PASSENGERS - Closed cab only at drivers discretion - Helmet required.

  • ALCOHOL - No alcohol consumption by racers.

  • Please, please, PLEASE drive slow in pit areas. Again, this is a family event so there are children everywhere!
